Every morning you will be guided through journal prompts and meditation after breakfast & juice before starting your day. This will help you reflect and process your journey.
Daily Wellness
Taking Le Sol Wellness across the globe. We will have daily yoga, meditation and our signature wellness experiences available for you with a beautiful backdrop at Vida Nova Casa.
Arrivals
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a lovely chauffeur who will bring you to Vida Nova Casa. After settling into your room there will be time for a toast and dinner. Le Sol will make every step stress free!
Nourishing Meals
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included and prepared for you by Costa Rica native and local, Glenda Marín. Each meal will be made with love and nutrition in mind.
Exploring Santa Teresa
There will be time to shop, explore and see all the Santa Teresa has to offer!

Surfing
There is an option to add-on surfing lessons as part of your experience in Costa Rica! All of this will be booked and curated for you with Le Sol!
